Syedna Abd e Moosa Kalimuddin (R. A) remained busy with the guidance of Moomineen and spread of Ilm e Aale Mohammed among them. He increased the facilities for 'Talabat ul Ilm' and provided them papers, pens, and ink for writing. He sent Hudud Kiram to different cities and towns where Moominee did live.
During the period, Mahabat Khan, the deputy of Ahmedabad molested Hudud Fozola and Moomineen under the intruction of Aurangzeb. Imams of Moomieen's Masjids were appointed. Moomineen were prevented from Ziarat of Doat Kiram. Enemies tried to arrest Al-Maula Khanji Peer, but he went away secretly to Jamnagar. Many Moomineen including the son of Syedi Khanji peer were arrested and imprisoned. Al-Maula Ali Bhai, the son of Al-Khanji were kept in severe prison for three years till he passed away in the prison.
During the period of Syedna Kaliimuddin, politcal and economic conditions of India deteriorated as a result of oppressive policies and mismanagement of Aurangzeb. Mugal rule was on decline. Rebellion started in different parts of the country and economy suffered much. Marathas, Jats, sikhs, Rajputs, and Pathans were rebelling. Marathas established their rule in central India, and Sikh in Panjab. English colonist also gained stronghold in some parts of the country. Aurangzeb died in 1116/1707 and he was succeeded by Bahadur shah who was a Shia. During his period, Moomineen got relief and they reestblished themselves in business.
In the last days of Syedna Kalimuddin (R. A) a tragic codition arises. Fighting erupted between Jam Lakha and his elder son Rasag Ji. The Jam in order to collect money imprisoned Syedna Nooruddin (R. A), the noble son of Syedna Kalimuddin. He demanded three lakh Mahmudi for the release of Syedna Nooruddin. Syedna (R. A) paid the sum selling his property to release his son.
During the period of Syedna Abde Moosa Kalimuddin (R. A) Battle of Logos was erupted between France and England in 1693.. In 1694, Hussain became Shah of Persia. In 1707, England and Scotland were united under the name of Great Britain. In 1711, war erupted between Turkey and Russia. Famous English poet Alexander Pope belonged to this period.
